  • The Sooners ran their season-long winning streak to seven games with their 75-54 win. OU improved to 38-16 all-time versus Texas (14-9 in Austin) and 11-3 under Sampson (4-2 in Austin). OU has also won 20 of its last 24 games against Texas.

  • Oklahoma's victory snapped Texas' 25-game home winning streak. It was the nation's fourth longest such string.

  • OU has won seven straight conference games, its most under seventh-year head coach Kelvin Sampson. The team's four consecutive road victories in league play match a high under Sampson.

  • J.R. Raymond made all five of his first-half three-point attempts and finished 5-for-6 from long range. He scored 19 points and is averaging 20.1 points and 4.0 treys during OU's seven-game winning streak.

  • Nolan Johnson finished with a career-high 23 points and grabbed a game-high nine rebounds. He has scored in double figures in six straight games and is averaging 7.1 boards over the last seven outings.

  • Oklahoma was 20-for-25 from the foul line (.800) and has posted an .800-or-better mark in four of the last five games. OU leads the league with its .747 season free throw percentage.

  • OU's 19-rebound advantage (48-29) was its largest of the season.

  • The Sooners' 18 turnovers marked a season high. Texas had 12 miscues, marking just the fourth time in 23 games that OU committed more turnovers than its opponent.

  • Oklahoma improved to 52-8 under Sampson in games played against teams from the state of Texas. In games played in the state of Texas, Sampson-coached OU teams are 19-4.

  • OU is now 19-4 overall and 8-3 in the Big 12.
