Fan Appreciation Day Set For August 19

NORMAN, Okla. - The University of Oklahoma Athletic Department announced that Saturday, Aug., 19 will be Fan Appreciation Day at Memorial Stadium. Highlighting the day's activities will be a 5:30 p.m. football scrimmage. Gates for the free event will open at 12:30 p.m.

Fan Appreciation Day will get started with an autograph session inside the stadium that will last until 1:30 p.m. The Switzer Center will also open at 12:30 p.m., allowing fans to relive Oklahoma's storied gridiron tradition. Activities, including prize give-aways, will start at 4:30 inside the stadium.
