Tad Glibert is in his fourth year with the OU men's basketball program in 2025-26, and second as chief of staff. He spent the previous two seasons (2022-24)Â as the program's director of operations.
Glibert was the assistant director of operations at Northwestern from 2015-19 and worked alongside current Oklahoma assistant coach Ryan Humphrey. There he coordinated film exchange, managed film operations, assisted with team travel and helped the coaching staff with on-campus recruiting events.
A Mount Vernon, Ohio, native, Glibert also lived in Malawi, Africa, where he served as the chief operating officer for Circle of Hope International from 2019-22.
The 2014 Indiana Wesleyan University graduate was a two-time soccer team captain and a 2013 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete. He earned his master’s degree in sports administration from Northwestern in 2016.
Glibert is married to the former Karly Short and the couple has a daughter named Scottie.
