Kasey Sewell serves as the advisor for the RUF/NEK Lil Sis program, now in her second year in the role. A lifelong Sooner, Kasey was born and raised in Norman and is a proud third-generation OU graduate. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
 
Kasey has been involved with the OU Spirit Program since 2021, supporting the teams in both game day and academic capacities. While pursuing her master’s, she assisted the Director of Spirit and gained valuable experience mentoring student-athletes. Outside of her role with OU Athletics, she works full time in higher education academics and previously coached a high school dance team to a state championship
