Tulsa, Okla. — The No. 1 Oklahoma women's gymnastics team will head to Tulsa, Okla., to compete in Session II at the 2026 SEC Gymnastics Championships on Saturday at 7 p.m. CT inside the BOK Center. John Roethlisberger, Samantha Peszek, Aly Raisman and Taylor Davis will be on the SEC Network call, while Trinity Thomas and Shelby Coppedge will cover from the studio.
The Sooners will be joined in their session by No. 2 LSU, No. 3 Florida and No. 4 Alabama. Session I, which starts at 2 p.m. CT, will include No. 6 Georgia, No. 8 Arkansas, No. 9 Missouri, No. 16 Auburn and No. 19 Kentucky. As the No. 1 seed, the Sooners had first pick of their rotation for Saturday
night. Oklahoma will rotate in true Olympic order: vault, bars, beam, floor. LSU will begin on bars, Florida on beam and Alabama on floor.
QUICK FLIPS
• OU has faced seven teams this season that were ranked in the top five at the time of competition and is 6-0-1 in those meetings, with wins vs. Alabama, Georgia, LSU, UCLA, Utah, and at Florida. The tie was against LSU at the Sprouts Collegiate Quad on Jan. 10.
• Oklahoma is the only team to score a 49.600-plus at least once on all four events this season.
• Under head coach K.J. Kindler, OU has gone undefeated in the regular season nine times, including two of the last three years.
• Beam has historically been one of OU's strongest events. That is reflected by the fact the Sooners' season high of 49.700 on Feb. 13 is only the 10th-highest score on the event in program history.

Faith Torrez has been one of the most consistent beam workers in the country through her career, holding a 98.2% hit rate (58 of 60). Half (30 of 60) of her routines have resulted in a 9.95-plus score.
• OU closed its home slate with a 5-0 record at Lloyd Noble Center, marking the 12th straight season the Sooners have gone undefeated at home (96-0 record across 65 meets).
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
No. 2 LSU: LSU is headed to the SEC Championships ranked second in the nation after posting a 198.075 at its final home meet against Arkansas last
Friday night. The Tigers hold a 11-3-1 regular-season record (5-3 SEC). The Sooners and Tigers have met twice this season, tying at the season- opening Sprouts Farmers Market Collegiate Quad (197.500; Oklahoma won the tiebreaker) and OU posting a 198.125-197.925 home win Feb. 10.
No. 3 Florida: Florida is coming off a meet in which it delivered the highest team score in the nation this season (198.575) at Kentucky. The Gators hold a 12-2 overall record this season (6-2 SEC). OU made history on Feb. 13 this season, winning a meet in Gainesville, Fla., for the first time in program history (198.075-197.575).
No. 4 Alabama: Alabama enters the SEC Championships holding a 9-5 overall regular season record (4-4 SEC). The Crimson Tide is coming off a home loss against Georgia (197.425-197.525). OU and Alabama met Feb. 6 in Norman, with the Sooners registering a 198.200-197.475 victory.
BACK-TO-BACK
For the second year in a row and the first time outright, the Oklahoma women's gymnastics team earned the SEC regular season championship with an 8-0 league record. The Sooners posted a 197.975-196.150 victory over No. 15 Auburn on Feb. 27 at Lloyd Noble Center to clinch the 2026 outright league crown. OU is 16-0-1 on the year.
CHAMPIONSHIP HISTORY
The Sooners went 8-0 in conference play, making them undefeated outright SEC champions for the first time. This is the 22nd conference title in program history and 16th under head coach K.J. Kindler.
In just their second year in the league, the Sooners will vie for their first SEC postseason championship after finishing as the runner-up in 2025. Prior to joining the SEC in July 2024, OU won 15 Big 12 championship titles.
Faith Torrez claimed SEC individual titles on beam and floor in 2025, taking. The senior is the only active Sooner with any individual conference titles from either the SEC or Big 12. During OU's time in the Big 12, 42 athletes combined for 96 individual conference titles.
WEEKEND REWIND
No. 1 Oklahoma capped the regular season with a 197.925 victory over No. 9 Michigan (197.100) and Eastern Michigan (195.025) on Friday night in Ann
Arbor, Mich., inside Crisler Center. Sooners
Addison Fatta and
Mackenzie Estep shared the all-around title, each earning a 39.500. Fatta has won the all-around in nine of 11 meets this season, while Estep picked up her first all-around title. Estep also won bars (9.90), upping her event titles total to 10, ranking second on the team behind Fatta (18).
Hannah Scheible and
Elle Mueller shared the vault title with near-perfect 9.975s.
Ella Murphy and
Faith Torrez each recorded a 9.95 to win beam. Michigan's Carly Bauman won floor with a 9.95.
