NORMAN – The Oklahoma men's gymnastics team is No. 1 in the Week 3 national rankings with an average team score of 322.900 after posting a 321.850 in a road win at Michigan on Saturday afternoon.
The Sooners rank just ahead of No. 2 Stanford (322.433) while No. 3 Nebraska (315.500), No. 4 Michigan (314.950) and No. 5 Ohio State (314.675) round out the top five. Rankings are based on the average of a team's scores this season.
OU holds first place on pommel horse (54.400) and high bar (52.750). The Sooners rank second on floor exercise (53.575) and parallel bars (53.925), while sitting third on still rings (53.100) and vault (55.150).
Freshman
Sasha Bogonosiuk ranks fourth on floor exercise (13.925), while redshirt senior
Fuzzy Benas is ninth (13.575). Sophomore
Colby Aranda sits sixth on pommel horse (14.025) and senior
Ignacio Yockers ranks eighth (13.925).
Sophomore
Francisco Velez Belendez ranks seventh on still rings (13.725), while Bogonosiuk is sixth on vault (14.175). Freshman
Nathan Roman ranks second on parallel bars (14.175) after back-to-back individual p-bars titles.
Senior
Kelton Christiansen ranks third on high bar (13.975) and redshirt sophomore
Brandon Zepeda-Orth sits sixth (13.775). Bogonosiuk also ranks third in the all-around standings (79.650).

Oklahoma will host Greenville on Sunday, Feb. 1 at McCasland Field House in its 2026 home opener. The meet is set to begin at 2 p.m. CT and admission is free. Sunday is Everyday Heroes appreciation day, featuring "touch a truck," an OU beanie giveaway and $2 takeover, featuring $2 beer, soda and popcorn. There will also be a t-shirt toss, socks for sticks and an ice cream giveaway for the loudest fan of the meet. Doors open at 1 p.m.
