NORMAN — Oklahoma Rowing travels to Austin, Texas to compete in the Longhorn Invitational on April 25-26 on Lake Walter E. Long for their final showing of the regular season.
"It's great to have such a strong regional competition, one that's been so invested in by the University of Texas," said head coach
Sarah Trowbridge. "We are happy to be able to take this race right off of last weekend. We are looking internally to see our improvements and see what we can do at this race, and especially happy to have a great mix of these top-20 teams to compete against."
The No. 22 Sooners will meet host team No. 1 Texas, along with No. 2 Stanford, No. 15 UCF, SMU and Team Canada. OU's last appearance at the regatta was in 2019, where three boats took home a top-three finish.
