Sam Landry spun a complete game shutout and the Sooners scored four early runs as No. 4 Oklahoma (37-5, 11-5 SEC) blanked No. 15 Mississippi State (33-12, 9-7 SEC), 4-0, in the series opener at Devon Park Friday, April 18.

Kasidi Pickering doubled and moved up to third after
Nelly McEnroe-Marinas reached on a dropped third strike.
Ella Parker doubled them both home with a liner inside the third base bag, making it 2-0 OU.
Abigale Dayton reached on a leadoff infield single to start the second and scored when
Hannah Coor ripped a two-run home run to left field.
Sam Landry induced three groundouts, including an inning-ending tapper back to her to strand two Mississippi State runners in the fourth inning.
Landry didn't permit a hit over the final three innings, working her 11th complete game of the year.
