JORDAN BOWERS
A member of OU's team that claimed back-to-back NCAA Championships in 2022 and 2023, Bowers has been an important part of Oklahoma's success over the last four years. During her career, the Sooners have secured a pair of national championships, three-straight regional titles and three-straight conference championships. In 2024, Bowers's three-perfect marks were a major component to the Sooners setting the NCAA team scoring record with a 198.950 at the Big 12 Championship.

"Jordan has intensity you rarely seem" head coach K.J. Kindler said. "Her confidence and desire are on full display in every competition, but behind closed doors when no one is watching, she is equally driven in practice each day. She pushes to excel in the moments that build an athlete, during 6 am conditioning, during moments of struggle and adversity. She has shown that bouncing back is possible and thriving is probable when utilizing the strength inside each of us. During her time at OU, her motivation never wavered. When faced with challenge at the conclusion of last season, she chose to rise in the face of criticism and lead. She is the first to inquire how your day is going, how your family is doing and how you feel. Jordan is an impressive woman who has attacked a "no regrets" path during her collegiate career."

In her senior season, Bowers is one of the top gymnasts in the nation with a top 10 ranking on three events and in the all-around. At press time, she is No. 2 in the all-around, No. 1 on floor, No. 4 on beam No. 6 on bars and No. 17 on vault. She has hit 100 percent of her routines this season and has competed all-around in every single meet. The 2024 Big 12 Gymnast of the Year and Region 4 Gymnast of the Year, Bowers had an unparalleled junior season. At the 2024 Big 12 Championship, she earned four individual championships on vault, bars, floor and the all-around. More impressively, she won her three events with perfect scores and earned a program-record tying 39.925 in the all-around to join Maggie Nichols as the only Sooners to score a 39.900 or better. Her mark of 39.925 is the fourth highest in NCAA history. She is the only gymnast in OU history to score three perfect 10s in one meet.

Also in her junior season, Bowers tallied six perfect scores, including three-straight on floor. Her consecutive perfect floor scores made her the first gymnast in OU history to achieve the feat. She now boasts four 10.0s on floor, the most in program history. Bowers netted 52 scores of 9.9 or higher in 2024 as she won 37 event titles on the year. A Honda Sport Award Finalist, she earned a pair of podium finishes at the NCAA Championships, placing second on floor and third on bars en route to a pair of All-America honors.

Bowers has never missed a meet in her OU career and boasts a 97-percent hit percentage with 223 hit routines out of 229 performances. She was 63-of-64 in each of her last two seasons and has been perfect on bars every single season. In 2024, she had a hit percentage of 100 on bars, beam and floor. She has excelled on all four events and in the all-around with a career high of 10.0 on vault, bars and floor, a 9.975 on beam and a 39.925 in the all-around. She is a seven-time All-American, 12-time WCGA All-American, 12-time All-Big 12 selection and a seven-time regional champion. Her 39.925 to win the all-around at the 2024 Big 12 Championship is a Big 12 conference championship record.
