OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Raegan Beers registered 22 points and 12 rebounds as No. 9 Oklahoma won its 10th straight by routing No. 23 Oklahoma State, 92-70, on Saturday afternoon at the Paycom Center.

Sahara Williams scored 18 points and Aaliyah Chavez and Zya Vann added 15 each for the Sooners (11-1), who won their seventh straight in the series. The in-state rivals played annually before Oklahoma left the Big 12 for the Southeastern Conference ahead of last season.

Oklahoma shot 51.3% from the field and scored at least 90 points for the eighth straight game. All five Sooners starters scored in double figures.

Vann's 3-pointer at the end of the first quarter gave the Sooners a 21-20 lead.

In the second quarter, Oklahoma State coach Jacie Hoyt was tabbed with a technical foul before Chavez converted both free throws, getting in the scoring column for the first time while giving Oklahoma a 38-28 lead with just under three minutes left in the first half.

Oklahoma opened the game up the second half with a 30-point third quarter to take a 72-56 lead into the fourth. Williams scored eight points and Chavez scored seven in the quarter. The Sooners made 13 of 21 field goals in the period and had 10 assists on 13 made field goals.

The Sooners will look to complete a perfect December when they close non-conference play at home on Dec. 22 against North Carolina Central at noon CT on SECN+. Conference play opens Jan. 1 when OU travels to College Station, Texas, to face Texas A&M.

• In front of over 10,552 fans, No. 9 Oklahoma pushed its win streak to 10 on Saturday with a 92-70 victory over No. 23 Oklahoma State at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Okla. The Sooners are a perfect 7-0 under fifth-year head coach Jennie Baranczyk against the Cowgirls in the Bedlam rivalry, which resumed Saturday after a one-year hiatus.

• OU's 10-game winning streak is the second-longest in program history, trailing only the 2008-09 Final Four team's 20-game run. During the streak, the Sooners are averaging 98.2 points per game, winning by an average of 37.9 points and own victories over the top-25 Cowgirls, (RV/25) NC State and Florida State.

• The Sooners now hold a 70-47 all-time series advantage over the Cowgirls and have won the last seven meetings. OU's 70 wins in the series are its most against any single opponent, and the seven-game streak is the longest by either team since 2008-11 when OU won seven straight.

• The win marked Oklahoma's first victory over an AP Top 25 team this season and projects to be OU's first Quad 1 win. The Sooners have now earned 17 wins over ranked opponents under Baranczyk.

• Oklahoma has opened 11-1 or better in four of five seasons under Baranczyk. The Sooners have also won nine straight games in December, a streak that dates back to 2023.

• In a matchup of two of the nation's top three offenses entering the day, Oklahoma's attack proved victorious. The Sooners reached 90 points for the eighth straight game, a program record, and held the Cowgirls to 72 points, their second-lowest total of the season.

• All-American center Raegan Beers recorded her 54th career double-double, the most among active players, with 22 points and 12 rebounds. She has nine double-doubles this season, best in the NCAA, and her seven 20-point double-doubles also lead the nation.

• True freshman Aaliyah Chavez shined in her first Bedlam appearance, finishing with 15 points, seven rebounds, six assists and three steals. She has scored in double figures in 11 of her first 12 collegiate games.

• Junior Sahara Williams added 18 points, seven assists, four rebounds and two blocks in the win.

• Oklahoma's starting five entered the day as the highest-scoring unit in the country, with Oklahoma State ranked second. All five Sooner starters scored in double figures, led by Zya Vann with 15 points and Payton Verhulst with 10 points and nine rebounds alongside Beers, Williams and Chavez.

• The matchup featured one of the nation's most efficient offenses in Oklahoma State (7^th in NCAA in FG%) and OU's elite defense (3^rd in NCAA in Opp. FG%), and the Sooners controlled the game down the stretch. Oklahoma outscored the Cowgirls 50-33 in the second half and extended the lead to 23 points before the final buzzer. OU shot 51.3% from the floor, including 55% in the second half, while holding OSU to 37.8% shooting and 28.1% from three. The Sooners are 11-0 this season and have won 20 straight games when shooting a higher percentage than their opponent.

• OU won the rebounding battle, 44-39, and improved to 10-0 this season when outrebounding its opponent.
