NORMAN – Oklahoma volleyball will be featured in five nationally televised matches during the 2024 season, as announced by the Southeastern Conference and ESPN Wednesday.
The Sooners will wrap up non-conference play on ESPNU on Sunday, Sept. 22, at 4 p.m. CT when they face former Big 12 foe Kansas State in Manhattan, Kan. The matchup will see OU head coach
Aaron Mansfield against his brother, Jason, who serves as the head coach of the Wildcats. In their first year as head coaches in 2023, the brothers split the season series in Norman.
OU will appear on SEC Network four times throughout their first season of conference action with matches at Kentucky (Oct. 2) and South Carolina (Oct. 20) and home matches against Texas A&M (Nov. 13) and Auburn (Nov. 24) airing on the network.
Kentucky, Auburn and A&M all advanced to the 2023 NCAA Tournament, with Kentucky finishing in the top 10 of the AVCA Coaches Poll after claiming the 2023 SEC title.
