NORMAN – Oklahoma women's golf concluded the MountainView Collegiate on Sunday at The Preserve Golf Club, finishing 10th (12-over, 876) and tallying a 7-over 295 in the final round.
Junior Reagan Chaney fired a team-low 3-under 69 and tied for 21st (even par, 216). Chaney opened her round on the ninth and suffered a one-stroke setback on her second hole. The Ardmore, Okla., product recorded four pars before draining the first of her three birdies on the par-4 15th. She finished the back-nine even par 36 and opened the front nine with two pars. Chaney tallied three birdies in her next five holes, including back-to-back on the sixth and seventh.
Sophomores Savannah Barber and Isabelle Schlick tied for 27th (2-over, 218) and 40th (5-over, 221), respectively. Barber recorded a 2-over 74 in the final round, tallying four birdies. Schlick opened her final 18 with back-to-back birdies on the eighth and ninth holes, finishing the tournament with a 2-over 74.
Sophomore Gracie Mayo tied for 49th (7-over, 223) and notched a final round 7-over 79. Senior Kaylee Vesely finished 80th (21-over, 237)
