NORMAN – For the second week in a row, the Oklahoma women's gymnastics team posted the highest score in the nation to remain the No. 1 team. The Sooners boast an average of 197.875, more than half a tenth over the next school.

The top five saw a shake up with California coming in at No. 2 after posting a 197.875 for an average of 197.363. Alabama moved up to No. 3 with an average of 197.175. Arkansas came in at No. 4 (197.175) and Utah rounded out the top five with a 197.138.

The Sooners are ranked No. 1 on bars (49.538) and beam (49.500). OU is ranked second on vault (49.400) and fourth on floor (49.438).

Individually, seven Sooners combined for 14 individual rankings. Faith Torrez is ranked on all four events and the all-around, while Jordan Bowers is ranked on a pair of events and in the all-around.

In the all-around, Faith Torrez checked in at No. 4 with a 39.612 average. Audrey Davis came in at No. 8 with an average of 39.563. Jordan Bowers is No. 12 (39.500) and Katherine LeVasseur is No. 17 (39.463).

Hannah Scheible ranks seventh on vault with a 9.912 average. Torrez is also ranked, coming in at No. 20 with a 9.875 average.

On bars, four Sooners are ranked including two in the top 10. Davis is No. 4 with a 9.938 average and Ragan Smith is tied for eighth with a 9.925 average. Torrez and Danae Fletcher are tied for 22nd (9.90).

Torrez and Bowers are both ranked within the top 15 on beam. Torrez is No. 7 with a 9.938 average and Bowers is tied for 13^th with an average of 9.912. The duo are both ranked on floor, tying for 22nd with a 9.90 average.

The Sooners will travel to Denver, Colo., for a quad meet against Denver, UCLA and Stanford on Sunday, Jan. 21. The meet is set to begin at 3 p.m. CT inside Magness Arena.

The home slate is set to begin on Friday, Jan. 26, against Denver inside Lloyd Noble Center.
