ARDMORE, Okla. – Oklahoma women's golf concluded The Bruzzy in 14th (63-over, 903) on Sunday afternoon at Dornick Hills Country Club.
"We are entering a crucial part of our season with postseason around the corner," said Oklahoma head women's golf coach
Veronique Drouin-Luttrell. "We need to take advantage of our upcoming opportunity this weekend. Match play is a different game and we look forward to the event."
Emily Hun, Oklahoma's lone individual in the field, tied for 20th. Hun finished 9-over 219 and opened the tournament with a 1-under 69. The Macau, China product recorded an 8-over 78 in her final round, tallying a birdie on the fifth hole. Hun tallied 11 birdies through the two-day tournament.
Mikhaela Fortuna led the OU lineup and tied for 40th (14-over, 224). Fortuna tallied a 7-over 77 to wrap up the tournament.
Kaylee Vesely tied for 46th (15-over, 225) and recorded a 6-over 76 in her final 18 holes. Vesely tallied consecutive birdies to open the front nine.
Reagan Chaney, who made her OU debut, tied for 64th (20-over, 230). Chaney concluded the event with a 7-over 77.
Savannah Barber fired a team-best 3-over 73 on Sunday. Barber tallied four birdies on the back nine and finished 3-under 33. The Fort Worth, Texas product tied for 67th (21-over, 231).
Raychel Nelke rounded out the Oklahoma contingent in the field and tied for 71st (24-over, 234).
