FORT WORTH, Texas - The Oklahoma men's tennis team fell to No. 3 TCU 4-0 on Friday night.

The Sooners battled for the doubles point, but the Horned Frogs ultimately came out on top. TCU's Sander Jong and Jack Pinnington defeated Jordan Hasson and Siphos Montsi 6-2 on court three, while Sebastian Gorzny and Pedro Vives pulled out the court-two victory 7-5 over Alex Martinez and Justin Schlageter.

When play was halted, Baptiste Anselmo and Nathan Han were tied 6-6 with No. 13 Jake Fearnley and Luc Fomba at the top court.

TCU claimed three straight courts in singles to secure the win. No. 43 Sander Jong was first to finish after taking court four 6-4, 6-3 over Schlageter. To extend the lead, No. 16 Luc Fomba grabbed the 6-3, 6-3 win over Montsi on court three. Clinching the match, Pedro Vives took down Anselmo 7-5, 6-1 at the No. 6 spot.

When play was halted, Martinez was tied 4-6, 6-2, 0-1 with No. 21 Jake Fearnley at the top court, Hasson was down 6-2, 5-4 to Jack Pinnington and No. 121 was down 6-3, 5-4 to No. 71 Sebastian Gorzny.

UP NEXT

The Sooners will travel to Austin, Texas, to face No. 1 Texas on Sunday, April 2 at 1 p.m. CT at the Texas Tennis Center.
