The most anticipated matchups of the 2023 season will take place inside Lloyd Noble Center with a pair of teams that participated in the 2022 NCAA Championships Final. In its home opener, the Sooners will face Utah who's coming off a third-place finish at the NCAA Championships. During the middle of the season, OU welcomes SEC foe and NCAA runners-up Florida.

"We are so excited to embark on our new adventure following the epic finish of the 2022 NCAA Championship," head coach K.J. Kindler said. "This is a challenge for both the gymnasts and the fans! We will welcome some of the best of the best in 2023 and everyone will need to be on their game."

In another exciting matchup in the LNC, the Sooners welcome Arizona State to Norman for their home finale and senior day. OU has won every home finale under Kindler, including two against the Sun Devils.

Other home meets include a pair of Big 12 opponents, Iowa State and West Virginia.

"Last season, we rocked the roof off the LNC (Lloyd Noble Center) with our attendance vs. Michigan and the plan is to keep riding that wave!," Kindler noted.

Coming off its fifth NCAA Gymnastics Championship, the 2022 Oklahoma women's gymnastics team returns eight gymnasts who combined for 20 All-America honors in seniors Ragan Smith, Olivia Trautman and Allie Stern; junior duo Audrey Davis and Katherine LeVasseur; and sophomores Jordan Bowers, Danielle Sievers and Danae Fletcher.

Trautman and Stern have opted to use their extra year due to COVID-19. In addition to the returners, the Sooners bring in freshmen Faith Torrez and Ava Siegfeldt, who are both former elite gymnasts.
