OU Volleyball Announces Big 12 Schedule

NORMAN – Oklahoma volleyball and the Big 12 announced the 2022 conference schedule Thursday.
"As a collective group of coaches in the Big 12, we are excited to get back to our regular competition format," said Oklahoma volleyball head coach Lindsey Gray-Walton.
The 2022 slate features the return of home and away Big 12 series contests, and the Sooners are scheduled to welcome all eight of their conference opponents to Norman for the first time since the 2019 season.
"The Big 12 is strong again this year," said Gray-Walton. "After seven league selections made it into the 2021 NCAA Tournament, the conference is even deeper with talent in 2022. We are excited about the energy in our youth, the back to back top-20 recruiting classes and the overall hunger this group has to compete and win a Big 12 Championship."
Oklahoma starts its Big 12 schedule at Texas Saturday, Sept. 24 and opens its home conference slate at McCasland Field House with a two-game conference swing against Kansas (9/28) and West Virginia (10/1).
The Sooners trek back to Texas to face Baylor (10/5) and Texas Tech (10/12) and then host Iowa State (10/15) and Kansas State (10/19).
OU clashes in Fort Worth against TCU Friday, Oct. 21 and battles with the Baylor Bears in Norman Wednesday, Oct. 26.
The Sooners travel to Lawrence, Kan., to face the Jayhawks (10/29) and make their longest trip of the conference slate to Morgantown, W.Va., to face the Mountaineers Saturday, Nov. 5.
Oklahoma hosts Texas Tech (11/9) and Texas (11/12) and concludes its away conference slate at Kansas State (11/16) and Iowa State (11/23).
The Sooners welcome TCU to Norman Saturday, Nov. 26 to finish their 2022 regular season schedule.
Oklahoma's non-conference slate will be announced at a later date. Start times and TV information will be added to the SoonerSports.com schedule page as they become available.
Season ticket deposits for the 2022 season are $25 and can be placed here.
