Men's Gymnastics Set for Intrasquad Saturday

NORMAN – The University of Oklahoma men's gymnastics team will host its annual red-white intrasquad scrimmage at 1 p.m. CT on Saturday at the Sam Viersen Gymnastics Center. Free admission is available to the public and fans can stay tuned via the Oklahoma Men's Gymnastics scoial media platforms.
Members of the 2023 will compete on all six events, preparing for the start of the season in January.
From the 2023 squad, OU returns CGA All-Americans Fuzzy Benas (VT, HB, AA), Raydel Gamboa (PB, HB, AA), Vitaliy Guimaraes (FX, PH, AA), Emre Dodanli (FX, VT), Zach Nunez (PH), Spencer Goodell (FX), Jack Freeman (HB) and Cesar Gracia (HB). The Sooners finished second at the 2022 NCAA Championships.
The Sooners begin their 2022 season in Houston, Texas, at the Houston National Invitational on Jan. 14, followed by a trip to Colorado Springs, Colo., for the Rocky Mountain Open on Jan. 21. OU will host its first competition at home against Air Force and Illinois on Jan. 28 at McCasland Field House.
