FIVE THINGS TO KNOW
- The Sooners lead the all-time series with the Wildcats 40-30 and hold a narrow 16-15 advantage in Manhattan. The teams have split the last five meetings, but Kansas State swept the 2019-20 series.
- OU comes into Sunday's matchup fresh off its best shooting performance of the season in Wednesday's 84-81 win over Kansas. The Sooners shot 538 (28-for-52) from the floor. OU impressed from beyond the arc where it went 15-for-31 (.414) to match a season-high in made 3-point field goals.
- Gabby Gregory sank a career-high six 3-pointers and Taylor Robertson poured in five against Kansas. The game marked the sixth time in program history and the first time since OU's 2010 meeting with Arkansas Pine Bluff that two players hit at least five treys in a game.
- Taylor Robertson has now hit at least one 3-pointer in each of her last 50 games, with her streak dating back to Feb. 10, 2019 during her freshman season. Robertson holds the OU and Big 12 single-season made 3s record of 131, which she set last season.
- OU will have just six players available for the second consecutive game as Mandy Simpson will miss Sunday's contest (non-COVID illness). OU is 2-1 in games where just six players have been available.
