The Sooners opened the match by claiming the doubles point, but the Aggies used four singles wins to clinch the match.
Martina Capurro and Camila Romero fell to Lucia Quiterio and Dorthea Faa-Hviding 6-1 on the third court.
The two remaining courts went into tiebreakers, which clinched the doubles point for the Sooners. Oleksandra Korashvili and Jasmine Asghar defeated Renee McBryde and Jessica Anzo 7-6(2) on the second court, while Ivana Corley and Carmen Corley defeated Tatiana Makarova and Jayci Goldsmith 7-6(5) on the premier court to clinch the doubles point for the Sooners.
Korashvili was the first Sooner to finish in singles, falling to Jayci Goldsmith, 4-6, 5-7, on the second court. Marcelina Podlinska was defeated by Jessica Anzo 3-6, 2-6 on court four.
A&M took a 3-1 lead as Riley McQuaid defeated Romero 2-6, 4-6 at the No. 6 line.
Jasmine Asghar fell 6(5)-7, 4-6 to Lucia Quiterio on court five, giving the Aggies the victory.
Corley fell to Dorthea Faa-Hviding 5-7, 6(4)-7 on court three and Capurro fought in a three set battle against Tatiana Makarova, but fell 2-6, 7-5, 5-7 on the premier court as the Aggies claimed all six singles matches.
