The two remaining courts went into tiebreakers, which clinched the doubles point for the Sooners.Ā Oleksandra Korashvili and Jasmine AsgharĀ defeated ReneeĀ McBrydeĀ and JessicaĀ AnzoĀ 7-6(2) on the second court, whileĀ Ivana CorleyĀ and Carmen CorleyĀ defeated TatianaĀ MakarovaĀ andĀ JayciĀ Goldsmith 7-6(5) on the premier court to clinch the doubles point for the Sooners.
KorashviliĀ was the first Sooner to finish in singles, falling to Jayci Goldsmith, 4-6, 5-7, on the second court. Marcelina Podlinska was defeated by JessicaĀ AnzoĀ 3-6, 2-6 on court four.
A&M took a 3-1 lead as RileyĀ McQuaidĀ defeated Romero 2-6, 4-6 at the No. 6 line.
