STILLWATER, Okla. — The University of Oklahoma cross country team returned to action for the first time this season in Stillwater Saturday morning at the Cowboy Jamboree.
OU's women's team placed 12th at the meet, finishing in a total time of 2:00.40, while the men's squad finished 13th with a total time of 2:13.24
Carson Hockersmith (23:04.1) led the women with a 33rd place finish, while Fernando Morales (26:01.1) took 53rd to pace the men.
The Sooners return to the course Oct. 17 back in Stillwater for the OSU Invitational at 8:30 a.m. on the OSU Cross Country Course.
