KEY NOTES OF WEEK

● Oklahoma went 5-0 last week with two road wins, improving to 6-2 in road games.

● The Sooners have tallied at least 10 hits in nine of the last 11 games. An eight-game streak ended Friday night.

● OU has allowed three or fewer runs in 18 of 25 games this season, and allowed one or zero runs 11 times.

● The Sooners rank second nationally in ERA (2.42), seventh in shutouts (4), fifth in double plays (26) and sixth in triples (12).

● Junior catcher Brady Lindsly hit two triples and a double on his way to batting .357 and slugging .714 last week. His four triples this season tie for fourth nationally and are the most of any catcher in the country.

● Junior Jason Ruffcorn appeared in all five games last week, earning three saves. He saved the games Saturday and Sunday, closing out the Sooners' series sweep of Kansas, holding a 4-3 lead Saturday and getting five outs on Sunday.

● Sophomore Cade Cavalli led OU with a .412 batting average last week, hitting four doubles and reaching base at a .474 clip. He drove in three runs and scored four, including two runs on Sunday. Friday night he pitched 6.2 shutout innings to open the Big 12 series with Kansas.

● Junior second baseman Conor McKenna drove in a team-high six runs last week, batting .350 with a double and a triple. He also scored three runs and turned three of OU's six double plays last week.

● Sophomore Levi Prater struck out six batters over 5.0 innings and allowed one unearned run in Sunday's win over Kansas. He dropped his ERA to 0.98 for the season. He has allowed one earned run, and two overall, in 25.0 innings over his last four starts.
