NORMAN ??Oklahoma signed 22 on the first day of the NCAA's early signing period and added another in early January during the Army All-American Bowl.

With head coach Lincoln Riley's second recruiting class rolling at 23 members strong, the Sooners look to put a cap on #NewWave19 Wednesday on the first day of the regular signing period.
