FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

• No. 19/20 Oklahoma wraps up its home non-conference home slate on Sunday as it hosts Tulsa at Lloyd Noble Center. Sunday's game is the first time OU has hosted Tulsa in Norman since Dec. 21, 2009. The Sooners lead the all-time series, 25-2, against the Golden Hurricane.

• Oklahoma scored a season-high 92 points Thursday night against UT Rio Grande Valley. The Sooners held UTRGV to a .279 mark (17-of-61), while OU posted a season-best .545 clip (36-of-66) from the floor. It marked the first time since Nov. 21, 2014 vs. Bradley that OU finished with a field goal percentage above 50 percent, while holding its opponent to below 30 percent. OU has won 76 straight games when finishing with a .500 field goal percentage.

• The Sooners dominated the paint in Thursday's victory, scoring 52 points in the paint against UTRGV. OU's 52 points in the paint were the most for the Sooners since finishing with 52 versus Yale (Dec. 30, 2014). OU's bench contributed 48 points, the most in a single game since recording 52 vs. Bradley (Nov. 21, 2014).

• The Sooners are one of just five teams in Division I to rank in the top 25 in defensive rebounds and blocked shots per game (Baylor, George Washington, Harvard and West Virginia). OU ranks 18th in blocked shots per contest and 20th in defensive rebounds per game. Vionise Pierre-Louis leads OU and ranks 74th in Division I with 1.8 blocks per game this year.

• Freshman guard Chelsea Dungee has made an early impact for the Sooners during her freshman season, scoring in double figures in four straight games. The Sapulpa, Okla., native is averaging a team-high 11.5 points per game over the last four contests. Since the 2009-10 season, only three OU players (Gabbi Ortiz, 2014-15; Sharane Campbell-Olds, 2012-13; and Aaryn Ellenberg, 2010-11) have scored in double figures in five consecutive contests during their freshman season.

GAME EIGHT RECAP: UT RIO GRANDE VALLEY

Freshman center Nancy Mulkey keyed a 10-0 run by scoring eight points for the Sooners in the third quarter to finish with a career-best 11 points off the bench.
