Former Sooners Clash in Philadelphia

Five former Sooners took the field Sunday night in Philadelphia as Arizona used a 23-point second half to cruise past the Eagles, 40-17.

For the Cardinals, safety Tony Jefferson recorded six tackles, including one for loss, to match the most stops he had in one game since a season-high 12 in Week 5. Also for Arizona, tight end Jermaine Gresham saw playing time but not did record any stats.

In a losing effort, Sam Bradford threw for a season-high 361 yards on 28-41 passing. He also tossed touchdown passes of 22 yards and 78 yards. In addition, DeMarco Murray ran twice for three yards and Lane Johnson started at right tackle.

Bradford, Murray and Gresham were teammates during the 2007 and 2008 seasons for OU, while Jefferson and Johnson played three seasons together in Norman from 2010-12.
