AUSTIN, Texas - Sophomore
Everette Favor became the first Sooner to place in the 87th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays Thursday afternoon. His 16-6.75 put him into a tie for fifth in Section B of the pole vault.
The mark tied a personal best he set last spring. It followed his fifth-place finish at last week's Baldy Castillo Invitational.
Tanner Callihan also competed in the event for the Sooners, finishing in a 12th-place tie after clearing a height of 16-0.75 (4.90m).
Freshman Kyle Polman closed out the day for Oklahoma, competing in the men's 5,000-meter run.
