Weather Delays WCWS Games

*UPDATE*

Friday's two Women's College World Series games have been postponed and will not be played tonight. The revised schedule has not yet been announced.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. -- Due to impending severe weather, tonight's Women's College World Series games have been delayed.

Fans are asked to stay away from ASA Hall of Fame Stadium and are to remain in a safe place. Gates will not open until the weather clears.

Tournament personnel will give fans a two-hour notice regarding the time of the first pitch in order to give them adequate time to arrive at the stadium safely.

Washington was scheduled to face Tennessee at 6 p.m., while Oklahoma and Texas were to meet at 8:30 p.m.

Fans may also obtain updates on the NCAA softball Facebook and Twitter platforms.
