NORMAN, Okla. -- With the men's gymnastics competition beginning Saturday at the 2012 Olympic Games, the United States' line-up for the qualification round was announced Friday and includes OU letterwinner Jonathan Horton (2005-08) and senior-to-be Jake Dalton.

The U.S. men compete in the second of three subdivisions Saturday at 9:30 a.m. CT at North Greenwich Arena in London, England. Horton will compete in the pommel horse, still rings, parallel bars and horizontal bar, while Dalton will compete in the still rings, vault and floor exercise.

Competition will be streamed live on NBCOlympics.com, and be replayed on NBC between 7 and 11 p.m. CT.

"It has been a long road getting Jonathan back to the Olympic Games and getting Jake into his first Olympics," OU head coach Mark Williams said. "It is important that each guy on the team does what got them here in tomorrow's qualifications session for the team to be successful. I believe Team USA is ready for the challenge; the prelims should be exciting."

Joining Horton and Dalton on the U.S. team are Danell Leyva, Sam Mikulak and John Orozco. In addition, all three of the squad's alternates competed at OU under Williams. They are Chris Brooks (2006-09), Steven Legendre (2008-2011) and Alex Naddour (2010-2011).

At the conclusion of Saturday's three qualification subdivisions, the teams and individual gymnasts who will advance to the final rounds will be determined.
