Thanks everyone for joining in and we hope you do so next Saturday as well as OU takes on Texas in the Red River Rivalry at the Cotton Bowl at 11 a.m. CT. The game will be televised on ABC.
5:46 p.m. | Red Raiders Score
Texas Tech covers 86 yards in 10 plays capped by a SaDale Foster 3-yard TD run for what will likely be the final score, 41-20.
5:40 p.m. | QB Change
Redshirt freshman quarterback Michael Brewer is in at quarterback now for Texas Tech. His first pass was a 36-yarder.
5:37 p.m. | Still(s) Playing Hard
Four of Kenny Stills' now team-high seven catches came on OU's most recent drive. Damien Williams has a team-best 78 receiving yards. The Sooners punt the ball and Tech takes over at its own 14-yard line with 5:25 left.
5:34 p.m. | Hard Hitter
Several times today, running back Damien Williams has initiated the contact with the defender, lowering his shoulder and embracing the hit. Most of the time, the defender has been the one on the ground with Williams standing tall. That's the kind of mentality OU has played with throughout the game.
5:30 p.m. | If the Score Holds...
This would mark OU's second-biggest win in Lubbock all-time (41-13; 27 points). Coincidentally, OU's last victory here was its largest with a 56-25 margin (31 points).
5:23 p.m. | Kasitati OK
OU offensive lineman Nila Kasitati was down on the field for a few moments but walked back to the Sooner sideline under his own power.
5:20 p.m. | Defense on Doege
Texas Tech QB Seth Doege has thrown three interceptions today, marking just the second time he's done that in his career. He also three three INTs vs. Kansas State last season.
5:07 p.m. | Crowd Filing Out
What was a raucous sea of black is now mixed in with the sight of bleachers and red seats. Oklahoma has done a great job to this point handling the intimidating environment, one the Sooners haven't won in since 2003. That looks like it will change today.
5:04 p.m. | From 14 to 41
The Sooners have now scored 27 consecutive points following Michael Hunnicutt's 42-yard field goal. The third quarter has come to an end with the Sooners blanking Tech in the period, 17-0. OU leads 41-13.
4:50 p.m. | Noting the Last Pick
Javon Harris' 46-yard INT return for a TD was the first by a Sooner since Demontre Hurst had a 55-yard return for a score vs. Texas (10/8/11). Additionally, the three interceptions on the day by OU are the most since they had three vs. Texas A&M (11/5/11). Here was Harris' INT:
4:47 p.m. | Jump Around?
We don't think they'll be queing up "Jump Around" here at Jones Stadium, but the Sooners are rocking. Javon Harris returned OU's third interception of the day 46 yards for a touchdown to give the Sooners a 38-13 lead. With 23:40 left in the game, there are a lot of Texas Tech fans heading out the gate.
4:44 p.m. | Jones Stadium Attendance Record
Today's attendance of 60,800 at Jones AT&T Stadium is a venue record. The Sooners have done a good job of quieting the blackout crowd as possible.
4:42 p.m. | Ring the Bell
Blake Bell finds the end zone from one yard out for the second time today, marking his fifth career multi-rushing TD game. OU has scored 17 unanswered points for a 31-13 lead with 9:13 remaining in the third quarter:
4:38 p.m. | Halftime Reaction From Coach Stoops
From the halftime interview with Head Coach Bob Stoops: happy with the defense, making Tech earn every yard, haven't given up anything big, nothing easy. Stoops wants to force Tech to make long drives. The chances for turnovers go up.
4:37 p.m. | Turnover on Downs
Texas Tech decided to go for it on fourth-and-5 from the OU 36-yard line and Frank Shannon's first career sack sets the OU offense up for its first second-half possession at its own 46-yard line. The biggest defensive play on that drive may have been Tony Jefferson's touchdown-saving tackle on a 22-yard reception from SaDale Foster.
4:30 p.m. | Third Quarter on the Way
We're under a minute from kicking off the second-half here at Jones AT&T Stadium. It will be interesting to see how each team responds from the first two quarters. OU only outgained Tech by 17 yards in the first-half (251-234), but did a better job of finishing off drives and executing.

4:14 p.m. | About That Last TD... That was Landry Jones' 100th career TD pass. He is one of three players in Big 12 history and one of 23 in NCAA history to have 100 TD passes and 13,000 passing yards in his career. With his 100th TD pass, Jones is now tied for 13th all-time in NCAA history with Marshall's Chad Pennington (1997-99). It marked Kenny Stills' 145th career reception to move into eighth in OU history, passing Malcolm Kelly who had 144 from 2005-07. Stills now has 16 career TD receptions, tying for eighth all-time at OU with Trent Smith (1999-02).
4:09 p.m. | Halftime in Lubbock
Using a 17-6 advantage in the second-quarter thanks to red zone precision on both ends of the ball, the Sooners head to the locker room with a 24-13 advantage. The Red Raiders will open the second half with the football.
4:06 p.m. | It's Good!
Michael Hunnicutt's 33-yard field goal makes this a two-possession game here with 31 seconds left
in the first half.
4:04 p.m. | Huge Interception
Aaron Colvin's first career interception came at a good time, extinguishing a Texas Tech drive. Oklahoma is back in the red zone with a chance to extend its lead further before halftime.
