NORMAN, Okla. -- How do Oklahoma student-athletes balance school, studying, practice and all the other responsibilities that go along with being a Sooner?
 
In this week's edition of Demontre's Corner, Hurst demonstrates by taking you inside a day in his life. Follow him around campus for a behind-the-scenes look at both the academic and athletic obligations OU student-athletes meet on a daily basis.
 
A typical day for the Sooners includes morning workouts, going to class, individual film sessions, position meetings, practice, studying and, if they have any extra free time, maybe some community service or just hanging out with friends.
