Winter Weather Cancels Final Game

COLUMBIA, Mo. -- The third and final game of the Oklahoma and Missouri series has been cancelled due to heavy snowfall and temperatures in the mid 30s in Missouri. The game was slated for a 2 p.m. first pitch on Saturday after the two teams split a doubleheader on Friday.
Temperatures are expected to remain in the 30s on Saturday with snowfall anywhere from 2-6 inches forecasted.
No makeup dates have been announced.
OU returns to a four-game weekly schedule with a trip to Fayetteville, Ark., to battle the No. 13 Razorbacks (15-4) at Baum Stadium on Tuesday, March 29. After the midweek game, OU returns to Big 12 play to host Texas Tech (14-7, 2-1) on April 1-3. Friday and Sunday's games will be televised by the Sooner Sports Network (Cox Ch. 3 in OKC and Tulsa), while Saturday's game will be televised live nationally on ESPNU.
