• The win was Sherri Coale's 300th as a Division I head coach.  Coale is in her 14th season coaching the Sooners and has an all-time record of 300-136 (.688)  Her wins and winning percentage is the highest in Oklahoma history. Coale ranks fifth among Big 12 coaches in total wins behind Texas A&M's Gary Blair, Iowa State's Bill Fennelly, Texas' Gail Goestenkors and Nebraska's Connie Yori.  Of those coaches, only Fennelly has more wins at his current school (321 in his 15th year at Iowa State entering Saturday).

• The win was also Coale's 140th in Big 12 Conference regular-season play, the most accumulated by any head coach.  Fennelly entered Saturday with 130 Big 12 wins.

• Oklahoma's win evened the all-time series with Kansas at 27-27.  The Sooners lead in Norman, 13-9.

• Oklahoma closed the first half with a 31-8 run lasting just under 11 minutes.  During the run, the Sooners had a streak of five consecutive possession scoring points.

• Kansas' Danielle McCray entered the game as the Big 12's second-leading scorer with 20.0 points per game.  The Sooners held McCray to seven points before she fouled out with 4:18 remaining.

• Oklahoma is 8-0 at home this season.

• Oklahoma is 12-0 when outrebounding its opponent.

• Freshman walk-on Kodi Morrison made her first appearance with the Sooners with 1:49 remaining.  Morrison joined the team at semester and has been active on the roster since Jan. 9.

• Oklahoma outscored Kansas 25-4 in points off turnovers.

• Made her first field goal in eight games with her first 3-point attempt Saturday.

Joanna McFarland
• Joanna McFarland's 11 points were a career high.

Danielle Robinson
• Danielle Robinson had seven or more assists for the seventh time this season.

• The game was Robinson's ninth straight in double-figure scoring.  Robinson has scored nine or more points in every game this season.

Nyeshia Stevenson
• Nyeshia Stevenson scored OU's final 13 points of the first half on two field goals, three consecutive free throws and two 3-pointers in a stretch where she made four of five field goal attempts. Stevenson added a 3 to begin OU's scoring in the second half for 16 consecutive points scored on 5-for-6 shooting.

• Stevenson has scored 20 or more points in three consecutive games.

• Stevenson made at least four 3-pointers for the sixth time this season.  Stevenson has made three or more 3s in the each of the last three games.

Amanda Thompson
• Amanda Thompson scored OU's first six points of the game.
