NORMAN, Okla. — The University of Oklahoma track and field program hosts its third and final home meet of the 2009 season, the Sooner Open II, this Saturday, Feb. 21. The meet marks the final action before OU heads to College Station, Texas next weekend for the 2009 Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Five OU athletes enter the weekend having automatically qualified for the NCAA meet while the squad has a combined 17 provisional qualifying marks, a must for an athlete to be selected as an at-large competitor.
Action Saturday inside the Mosier Indoor Facility begins at 11 a.m. with women's long jump and men's weight throw.
