Bradford to Attend OU-Texas Men's Basketball Game

NORMAN, Okla. - Tickets are on sale now for the 32nd Annual Davey O'Brien Awards Dinner on Monday, Feb. 16, 2009, in Fort Worth, Texas. The event will honor this year's recipient of the award, Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford.

Tickets are for the black-tie affair are $200 each, or $2,000 for a table of 10. The location is the Fort Worth Club at 306 W. Seventh Street in Fort Worth. Festivities begin with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m., to be followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

Along with Bradford, the O'Brien Foundation will honor Joe Theismann with its Legend Award.

The O'Brien Award is presented annually to the top quarterback in college football. Bradford is the fourth OU player to be so honored. Jason White was the recipient in 2003 and 2004. Billy Sims won the award in 1978 before it became an quarterback honor.
