Leah Rush had 16 points and Caton Hill scored 14 to lead No. 19 Oklahoma to an 83-48 victory over Southeast Missouri State on Monday night.
The Sooners (2-0) turned the game into a rout early, going on a 14-2 run midway through the first half to take a 20-8 lead.
Southeast Missouri State struggled (1-2) against Oklahoma's defense, shooting only 16-of-54 (30 percent) from the field, including 2-of-20 (10 percent) from 3-point range.
Chandra Brown was the only one keeping the Indians in the game, scoring 13 of her 16 points in the first half on 6-of-9 shooting. Brown also led Southeast Missouri State with seven rebounds.
