LINCOLN, Neb. -- Watch the celebration as the University of Oklahoma men's track and field team captured its first Big 12 Championship, 13th conference title overall (seventh outdoors) and first in 29 years.

OU head coach Martin Smith led the Sooners from the depth of the Big 12 Conference straight to the top in just two seasons at the helm.  Senior Kevin Bookout and juniors Marcus Pugh and Shardae Boutte cemented their legacies as Sooner legends with their individual event titles that spurred the OU victory.

Oklahoma scored a program record 110.5 points to defeat Texas Tech (100) and Texas (96) for the 2007 outdoor conference title.
