NORMAN, Okla. -- Unseasonably cool weather descended on Norman for Oklahoma's 12th session of spring football on Thursday afternoon.
The Sooners worked in full pads in the final practice before the annual Red/White Game slated for Saturday at 1 p.m. at Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
In addition to video featuring junior defensive tackle Cory Bennett and redshirt freshman defensive end Jeremy Beal, watch former OU All-American running back Joe Washington meet with the media at the Barry Switzer Center.
Thursday morning, Director of Athletics Joe Castiglione announced that Washington would return to Norman to head the Varsity "O" Association.

OU head coach Bob Stoops expressed his desire for a strong showing from Sooner fans for the players and ESPN cameras at the spring game.
"We'll get great coverage across the nation again with the live ESPN broadcast," said Stoops. "It's their third time to carry our spring game.
"We always get great support from our fans and we expect to see them on April 7. We haven't had a lot of open practices this spring so it's a great opportunity for fans to come out here, have some fun and see what we're doing."
