NORMAN, Okla. The NCAA selection committee determined field sizes for events at the NCAA National Indoor Track and Field Championships Monday night, punching tickets to Fayetteville, Ark., for 15 Sooner student-athletes.

Chip Heuser will look for his second straight indoor All-America selection in the men's pole vault while two-time outdoor All-American Kevin Bookout aims for his first indoor honor in the shot put.

Yolanda Goff makes her second indoor championships appearance in the 60-meter dash.

Others making their first national championships appearance include Sheldon Leith (men's 60-meter hurdles), Frankie Wright (men's long jump), Shardae Boutte (men's triple jump), Portia Nash (women's long jump) and Toni Smith (women's triple jump).

The OU women will be in full force as both the 4x400-meter relay of Jhavonne Pope, Leslie Cole, Jasmine Still and Tijhanni Newton and distance medley relay of Catherine Odell, Newton, Kristi Cook and Jessica Eldridge secured their entries with school-record breaking performances last weekend.

Oklahoma's Ronnie Pines, an automatic selection in the men's 60-meter dash, will not participate after suffering a hamstring injury while during a preliminary heat of the Big 12 Championships.

The NCAA Championships begin Friday, March 9, at 9 a.m. and continue Saturday, March 10, at 11 a.m.  The University of Arkansas is the host institution.
