NORMAN, Okla. -- Oklahoma completed its fourth practice of the 2007 spring Monday in Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
The two-hour, 15-minute session closed in an 11-of-11 drill with the offense working extensively on both the rushing and pass attacks.
"I continue to be pleased with the way our offensive players are taking care of the ball," said Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops. "We have been able to keep mistakes to a minimum and that is encouraging to us as a staff."
WR Brandon Caleb made three receptions in the scrimmage situation and had what receivers coach Kevin Sumlin termed his "best day of the spring."
The practice again brought out celebrities. Louisville head coach Steve Kragthorpe observed the workout as did former Sooner Outland Trophy winner Jammal Brown.
OU will be off Tuesday before holding its first major scrimmage of the spring Wednesday at the stadium. That practice is scheduled to start at 3:45 p.m. with the scrimmage portion beginning at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Oklahoma's annual Red/White Spring Game is slated for April 7 at Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. It kicks off at 1 p.m. and will be televised nationally by ESPN. Get tickets online.
