NORMAN, Okla. Eighth-ranked Oklahoma completed its Iowa sweep Sunday, defeating the University of Iowa 195.650-194.525 at the UI Field House in Iowa City.  The Sooners also defeated No. 10 Iowa State in Ames on Friday night.

Junior Kiara Redmond took her second all-around title of the season with a 39.250 total.  Teammate Brittney Koncak-Schumann was second with a 39.000.

Sooner gymnasts had the top three scores on all four events and OU scored a team season-best 49.150 on the floor exercise.

Koncak-Schumann, a senior from McQueeney, Texas, also took the floor (9.875) and uneven bars title with a career and team season-high 9.925.

Final Scores

In addition to her all-around and vault titles, Redmond tied for second on floor (9.85), and finished third on beam (9.750) and bars (9.775).

The Sooners have next week off before hosting Texas Woman's University on March 3 in the Howard McCasland Field House.  The event is a double dual that will also feature the fourth-ranked OU men's team competing against No. 3 Ohio State.  The meet is scheduled for a 7 p.m. (CST) start.
