Wide receiver Mark Bradley endured his second injury-plagued season in the NFL. When healthy, he proved to be a nice weapon for the Chicago Bears.

Bradley played in 10 games, hauling in 14 receptions for 282 yards and three touchdowns. His longest reception was a 75-yard touchdown catch and he netted four catches of over 20 yards and two receptions that gained more than 40 yards.

Tommie Harris, Bradley's teammate in Chicago, had his season cut short by a hamstring injury in the 12th game of the season against Minnesota. In 12 games, Harris had 28 tackles (22 solo) and five sacks. His Pro Bowl selection was his second in a row in just his third season in the NFL.

Fellow defensive tackle Dusty Dvoracek saw no action for the Bears, spending his rookie season on injured reserve.

Fullback J.D. Runnels played in two games for Chicago but recorded no stats. Bradley, Harris, Dvoracek, Runnels and the Bears advanced to Super Bowl XLI versus the Indianapolis Colts, but fell short of the title, 29-17.

Down South, New Orleans offensive tackle Jammal Brown earned a Pro Bowl spot in just his second NFL season. He played in all but one of the Saints' games, each of the 15 as a starter.

Brown and the Saints finished the regular season 10-6 and claimed the NFC South crown. Their memorable season came to an end in the NFC Championship game against the Chicago Bears.

Davin Joseph had a successful rookie season in Tampa Bay, starting 12 of 16 games for the Buccaneers. He got a few snaps in the season opener before taking over the starting slot in the second game of the season against Cincinnati.

Donte Nicholson was released by the Bucs on September 2, the final day of roster cuts. He was re-signed in November to fill out the Buccaneers roster. Nicholson appeared in one game, December 24 at Cleveland, but he recorded no stats.

Teddy Lehman played in just four games for Detroit this season, recording five total tackles for the 3-13 Lions.

Brandon Moore had a big year in San Francisco. He set career highs with 92 total tackles, 62 solos, 30 assisted tackles and 6.5 sacks. The resurgent 49ers finished 7-9 and make a strong playoff run late in the season.

Derrick Strait spent time with a total of five teams this season. He started as a New York Jet and was involved in a trade with the Cleveland Browns.

His stay in Cleveland was temporary as Lee Suggs failed his physical with the Jets, sending both players back to their respective teams. After five games with the Jets, he was cut and claimed off waivers by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

He saw no action there before he was waived. The Chicago Bears picked him up and Strait played one game for before his roller coaster ride continued. He was cut by the Bears and ended up with the Carolina Panthers, where he ended the season.

Strait played in a total of eight games with three different teams, accounting for 13 tackles, 11 unassisted.
