Perhaps he wears No. 3 because he impacts all three facets of the game for the Sooners. Opposing quarterbacks have a lot less field to choose when Smith is roaming in the secondary. He's a legit threat to take returns to the house on special teams and has seen action at receiver.
 
Regardless of his position, Reggie Smith has a knack for electrifying the faithful at Owen Field with his elusive moves and playmaking abilities.
