NORMAN, Okla. - After Monday's first round, the Oklahoma women's golf team is in 13th place with a 305 (+17) at the Las Vegas Founders Collegiate Showdown in Henderson, Nev. The Sooners are 26 strokes behind leader UCLA.

Leading the team are true freshman Kendall Dye and junior Megan Goodwin, who are tied for 31st place with a 74 (+2). After posting a first-round 76 (+4), sophomore Heather Wright is tied for 47th place. Redshirt freshman Staci Smoot is tied for 69th place after carding an 81 (+9) and junior Jaclyn Stelzer is in 81st place with an 87 (+15).
The tournament is being held at the 6,194-yard, par-72 Anthem Country Club and will continue through Wednesday.
