NORMAN, Okla. -- No. 19 Oklahoma claimed its seventh Big 12 win of the season with a 4-3 Bedlam win over rival Oklahoma State at the OU Headington Family Tennis Center in Norman on Thursday afternoon.

OU now leads the Bedlam Series, 7-6, which is brought to you by the Bank of Oklahoma and your Oklahoma Ford Dealers. The win pushed OU's record to 18-3 overall and 7-2 in Big 12 play, while the Cowgirls fell to 6-13 overall and 1-8 in Big 12 play.

“I was dissappointed that we didn't compete better at all six singles,” said head coach Mark Johnson. “The doubles was strong and we did just enough in singles to get it done.”
