Sooners Finish 15th At Mason Rudolph Championships

NORMAN, Okla. The University of Oklahoma women's golf team finished in 15th place at the Mason Rudolph Championships in Franklin, Tenn., on Sunday. The Sooners shot a 305 (+17) in the final round of play, bringing their total score to 909 (+45).

Senior Emily Milberger and freshman Kelly Jacques finished with a total score of 224 (+8) to tie for 28th. Junior Amparo Gala carded a final round score of 76 (+4) for a total of 230 (+12) and tied for 59th. After shooting a 80 (+8) in the final round, sophomore Jaclyn Stelzer finished with a 233 (+15) to tie for 70th. Rounding out the scoring for the Sooners was Heather Wright who carded a final round score of 79 (+7) to tie for 81st with a 238 (+20).

The Sooners will resume action on Oct. 25-27 as they head to Honolulu, Hawaii for the Hawaii Invitational.
