Sooners Travel To Hawaii For The Kent Youel Invitational

NORMAN, Okla. - The 25th-ranked University of Oklahoma women's golf team will travel to Kapolei, Hawai'i, this week to compete in the Kent Youel Invitational on Oct. 26-27. The Sooners won the tournament last year and finished with a 889 (+25).
The tournament, hosted by the University of Hawai'i, will be played at the 6,139-yard, par-72 Kapolei Golf Course. The two-day event will consist of three rounds with 36 holes on Tuesday and 18 holes on Wednesday. A 7:30 a.m. shotgun start will commence play each day.
Competing for the Sooners will be Amparo Gala, Kelly Jacques, Emily Milberger, Jaclyn Stelzer and Heather Wright.
The 15-team field will consist of Arizona State (6), Boise State, Cal State Northridge, Colorado, Denver, Fresno State, Hawai'i, Indiana, Oklahoma (25), Oregon, Oregon State, Santa Clara, Southern Illinois, UC Irvine and UCLA (3).
