ESPN's Game Day Headed For Norman

October 26, 2003 | Football

ESPN's Game Day college football show featuring Chris Fowler, Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit will be back at the University of Oklahoma this Saturday when the Sooners host Oklahoma State.  Including last April's spring game, it will mark the show's fourth visit to Norman since 2001.

Oklahoma already has been one of the featured games for Game Day this season.  The show was in Tuscaloosa, Ala., on Sept. 6, when the Sooners turned back the Alabama Crimson Tide, 20-13.

This will mark the 12th time over the last four seasons that Game Day has been in attendance for an OU game.

The set location for this week's visit will be determined later in the week when ESPN officials make a site visit to Norman.

ABC will televise the 2:30 p.m., kickoff.  Brad Nessler, Bob Griese and Lynn Swann comprise the broadcast team that has been assigned to the game.
