Harris On Outland Watch List

Norman, Okla. - Oklahoma defensive tackle Tommie Harris was named to the Outland Trophy's Watch List, Friday. The sophomore already has been listed among those under consideration for the Lombardi Award.

Harris enjoyed a stellar freshman season with 17 tackles for loss. He captured numerous post-season accolades and has been a preseason all-American on most of the preseason teams announced thus far.

The Outland Trophy is awarded annually to the top interior lineman in college football.

It continues to be a banner week for Harris, who also graces the cover of the most recent edition of Sports Illustrated.
