NORMAN, Okla. - Fans without tickets to Saturday's Iowa State football game may watch the contest on the Lloyd Noble Center big screen. The 2:30 p.m. game will be shown via a closed circuit SoonerVision feed with audio from the Sooner Radio Network featuring Bob Barry Sr., Merv Johnson and Mark Rodgers. The building's east doors will open at 12:30 p.m. and admission will be free.
Following the game, the OU men's and women's basketball teams will partake in Baseline Bash -- a season preview and Final Four celebration at Lloyd Noble Center. A one-hour autograph session will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the on-court program will start at approximately 8 p.m.
On the docket are a student shoot-for-books contest, team introductions, a brief Final Four highlight video, unveiling of Final Four banners, team skills and drills, and a men's/women's paired shooting contest that will result in an OU student winning a $500 savings bond from Arvest Bank (Baseline Bash sponsor). The teams' newcomers will sing "Boomer Sooner" to conclude the evening.
The event is free and the north, east and west entrances will open at 6 p.m. As at basketball home games, bags and backpacks will not be permitted. The first 1,000 fans through the door for the Bash will receive Final Four mini commemorative posters.
