The 2000 Big 12 Newcomer of the Year after hitting .355 last year, Andrea Davis is a pure hitter who had a .699 slugging percentage with 14 home runs, 13 doubles and a triple. She was an All-Big 12 tournament selection that can be used as the catcher and in right field. Davis is one of only 12 Sooners to homer twice in a game, a feat she has accomplished two times. Davis was an All-Big 12 tournament selection in 2000.
